FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic low pressure sources and can be used for metrological purposes for calibration or verification of pressure measuring devices. Pneumatic low-pressure source comprises in-series connected to each other pressure setting unit (1), control unit (2) and error compensation unit (3) in the form of variable-volume element with low rigidity. Source also comprises a smooth pressure release valve (4), output ports (5) and pressure adjustment unit (6). Besides, all units are made pneumatic. Pressure setting unit (1) is made in the form of pump (8) with electric drive (9). Control unit (2) includes interconnected productivity control valve (10) and mode selection valve (11) communicated via check valves (12) with compensation unit (3). Compensation unit (3) is made in the form of bellows. Pressure adjustment unit (6) includes accurate adjustment unit (7) and coarse adjustment unit (13) structurally combined into a single unit. Pressure adjustment unit (6) is connected between output ports (5) and smooth release valve (4) communicated with check valves (12) and compensation unit (3).
