Device comprises also recording system 28 to allow collecting data 26 on optical pulse transfer into object 12. Besides, device comprises processor 34 connected with recording system 28 to allow data reception therefrom and determination of thickness and specific thermal conduction of isolation coat 14.
EFFECT: quantitative determination of isolation coat absolute thickness without thickness gages.
