SUBSTANCE: proposed device relates to railway ACSs and telemetry systems, particularly, to radar tracking of cars' motion over yard territory from entry to downyard shunting, and locating all cars in real time. Proposed device incorporates station equipment comprising computers connected via Ethernet multiplexor with stationary process ACS and floor equipment consisting of synchronisation and communication subsystem and complex of remote stations each comprising computer with signal processing board and radar metre. Note here that synchronisation and communication subsystem consists of controller, Ethernet multiplexor and sync pulse generator module.
