FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. An autograft is taken. The autograft comprises two bone blocks connected by a ligament. After processing, one of the bone blocks represents in a two-third of its length a truncated cone with its base in an attachment point of the ligament. The other one-third portion of the bone block is cylindrical on its free end. The second bone block is shaped close to a cylinder. In bone blocks, there are formed two through cross holes for filaments required to insert the autograft. A through channel is formed in a shin bone. A coaxial dead-end channel is formed in a femur. The graft is stretched by the filaments through the channel in the shin bone to the channel in the femur. The formed bone block of the graft is placed with its cylindrical portion at first in the femoral channel. Then, the other portion of the bone block in the form of the truncated cone is driven into this channel. The bone block is fixed transversely with absorbable pins. The autpgraft is pulled by the filaments of the other bone block which is placed in the tibial channel. The tensed bone block is fixed.

EFFECT: inventions provide stable autograft fixation in the femoral channel, creation of the optimal conditions for autograft adhesion, decreased postoperative complications, reduced length of treatment.
