FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely traumatology and orthopaedics. It involves a linear incision along an internal surface of an upper one-third of a left leg. A tendon graft of semitendinous muscle is taken. The graft is middled. It is underrun in a middle point with a free-end suture in the beginning and end of underrun points. It is followed by arthroscopy of a knee joint. The upper one-third of an internal edge of patella is slotted to set an underrun point of the middled graft. Free suture ends are delivered through the patella in turn parallel to each other. After been delivered onto an external surface of the patella, the suture ends are pulled and tightened together. A formed knot is embedded in the formed slot. A needle is inserted in a joint capsule at the distance equispaced from the knot from one side, while been pricked out from the other side The suture ends are tied up. The knot is tied with forming a duplex capsule to roof the knot. A dead-end osseous canal is formed within an adductor tubercle of femur. The graft ends are placed in the canal and fixed by interference biodegradable screw..

EFFECT: method provides full restoration of movements in the knee joint, reduction in risk of postoperative complications, lower injures.
