SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for anterior plasty of the anterior cruciate ligament. Transplant is taken from the iliac-tibial tract with a bone block from a distal fixation point of iliac-tibial tract 5 mm laterally of the tuberosity of the tibia in a shape maximally close to the right triangular truncated pyramid so that one of the lateral faces of the pyramid is a continuation of the tendon part of the graft. Ribs of the smaller base of the pyramid are equal to the width of the soft-tissue component of the graft, the smaller base is directed to the free end of the graft. Ratio of ribs of the smaller base, lateral ribs of the pyramid, ribs of the larger base makes 1:2:2. Femoral canal is formed in the external condyle of the hip with a dimer equal to the length of a rib of a lesser base. Outer portion of the canal is laterally expanded at a depth equal to half the lateral rib for wedging the bone block in the widened portion of the femoral canal. Bone block is inserted into the formed femoral canal, the bone block is impregnated.

EFFECT: method provides reliable transplant fixation, reduced amount of used synthetic materials, maximum increase of transplant nutrition in the canal due to increased area of contact in the bone canal and thus reduced length of ligamentisation.
