FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. During surgical recovery of damage of knee joint anterior cruciate ligament the graft sampling is performed from the patella ligament in the form of truncated conical bone blocks. Diameter of the block base intended for installation in the femoral meatus is equal to diameter of the drilled meatus. Block in the femoral meatus is fixed with k-wire installed through the medial port under the control of arthroscope. Diameter of the unit block installed in the tibial meatus, exceeds the size of the meatus, thus providing self-anchorage of the ligament due to conical form and large-size graft.
EFFECT: method allows to restore function of the injured lower extremity at time decrease of surgery using common surgical instruments.
