FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to distributors or applicators of hot melt adhesives. Assembly of gaskets comprises shaping adapter, first and second gaskets with mask and separation gasket. Adapter receives hot-melt adhesive fed from material source. First gasket with mask is used for receiving hot-melt adhesive from said shaping adapter and applying first mask of hot-melt adhesive on underlying substrate. Second gasket with mask is used for receiving hot-melt adhesive from said shaping adapter and applying second mask of hot-melt adhesive on underlying substrate. Separation gasket is arranged between first and second gaskets with masks. It separates first gasket from second gasket. It allows applying first and second masks on underlying substrate via overlapping mask. Sections of first and second masks overlap sections of first and second masks of said hot-melt adhesive.
EFFECT: multiple application, simplified procedure.
