FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. An air-permeable interface system comprising an applicator having a passing through hole, a drape substantially covering the applicator, a first lining located between the drape and the applicator, a second lining substantially covering the hole and located between the drape and the applicator with the second lining substantially adjoins the first lining, and a cloth layer located at least partially between the second lining and the drape, and a low-pressure pipeline connected with one of the following elements: the first lining and the cloth layer for facilitating the low pressure supply to the hole with the drape attached to the applicator covering the first lining, the second lining and the cloth layer forming substantially a airtight environment.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows eliminating wetting of the wound periphery and having nothing to prevent the low pressure supply.
