FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive machining and may be used in production of metal binder for diamond tool intended for cutting and boring facade panel from, for example, artificial granite. Proposed binder comprises cobalt, copper, tin and solid filler. Said filler represents tungsten carbide with particle size of 40-50 mcm with the following ratio of components in wt %: cobalt - 40.0-80.0; copper - 10.0-30.0; tin - 1.0-10.0; tungsten carbide with particle size of 40-50 mcm - 5.0-20.0. Additionally, said binder comprises nanodispersed particles of material selected from the group including: tungsten carbine, aluminium oxide and zirconium oxide or mix thereof in amount of 1.0-3.5 % of binder weight.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance.
