SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid cleaning, absorbing and applying devices and to fluid containers. Proposed device comprises soft flexible bag with fluid that rules out its premature breakage. Proposed cleaning device comprises base layer and cleaning layer attached to first layer to form inner space there between. It comprises also bag fitted in said inner space. Said bag comprises top and bottom layers interconnected to form chamber between them. Note here that said bad is provided additionally with hole made in one, top or bottom, layer, and seal secured to bad to stop said hole. Bag comprises also pull-back tab secured to aforesaid seal to overlap it. Note that aforesaid base layer has edge for pull-back tab to extend there beyond.

EFFECT: cleaning device with soft flexible bag.
