SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a device for directing a fluid to a plurality of surfaces of the oral cavity of a mammal (versions), relates to the field of medical technology and is intended for oral cleansing. An apparatus for directing a fluid to a plurality of surfaces of a mammal's oral cavity comprises a chamber for maintaining fluid in close proximity to a plurality of surfaces, four headers with ports, means for effectively sealing the device within the oral cavity, means for attaching the device to a fluid supply means device. A chamber for maintaining fluid in close proximity to a plurality of surfaces is defined by the front and rear inner walls and the inner wall of the base of mentioned device that extends between the front and rear inner walls comprising a plurality of apertures. The first and second manifolds for accommodating the first and second fluid portions, respectively, and supplying them to the chamber through the apertures of the front inner wall. The third and fourth manifolds accommodate respectively the third and fourth fluid portions and supply them to the chamber through the holes of the rear inner wall. The four ports are designed to transfer mentioned fluid parts to and from the respective four reservoirs. The means for attaching the device to the means for supplying fluid to the device comprises a support plate fixedly attached to the front of the device and having a first, second, third and fourth ports passing therethrough. The support plate comprises a structure for attaching the device to the means of supplying fluid to the device. In each of these manifolds, a vacuum/pressure can be independently created through the respective port.

EFFECT: inventions allow to improve the quality of oral cleaning.
