SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of purification of water and to the installation for the method realization. The Invention may be used in the household activities for purification main water and production of drinking water, in production of beverages, and also in food processing industry; baking industry; pharmaceutical industry and for desalination of the seawater, etc. The method and the installation allow to purify the source water from dissolved in it of carcinogenic and mutagenic substances and gases, and also to decrease significantly the contents of the heavy isotopes of hydrogen, deuterium and tritium using the phase separation of the source water with impurities by the method of freeze crystallization in the closed volume into the pure water and the water with admixtures. At the locally-volumetric, barrier-manythermic crystallizations there is the process a displacement of the admixtures through the pores of the closing crystalline lattice of the ice ensuring production of the biologically active structured water after runoff of the source water with admixtures and the two-stage ice thaw out.
