FIELD: medicine, sport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine or sport physiology and can be used for integrative estimation of efficiency of therapeutic or gymnastics and sport effect for various groups of patients. Therapeutic or gymnastics impact of several various types are carried out with respect to several groups of patients, placed in similar conditions as to state of organism functions and parameters of functions of organisms of each person from the group before and after impact. From these parameters formed are compartments of diagnostic signs within one phase coordinate Xi- from the set of all coordinates of m-dimensional space with similar diagnostic characteristics, where each patient with their set of signs is designates by a point in phase space of states in such a way that, group of patients forms a quasiattractor in phase space of states and different groups form different quasiattractors in phase space of states and distances between chaotic or stochastic centres of these different quasiattractors form matrices setting all possible distances between chaotic and stochastic centres of quasiattractors, describing state of different groups of tested people before therapeutic or gymnastics and sports impact -are numbered vertically in the matrix - and after therapeutic or gymnastics and sports impact -are numbered horizontally in the matrix, with maximal differences in distances between chaotic or stochastic centres of quasiattractors of movement of organism state of patients of different groups before and after therapeutic or gymnastics and sports impact corresponding to maximal efficiency of impact, and in case of their decrease additional correction in therapeutic or gymnastics and sports impact is made.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase impact efficiency due to increase of accuracy of determination of said impact on patients.
