FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be applied in percutaneous vertebroplasty. In pre-operation planning height and area of base of affected vertebra body fragments are registered. After that, volume of each fragment is determined. Then, under control of EOC through bases of vertebra body pedicles puncture needles are brought to medium of each fragment of affected vertebra body and bone cement is introduced in volume equal to volume of each fragment.
EFFECT: increase of reliability of affected vertebra stabilisation and reduction of post-operation complications in case of two-fragmental fractures of vertebra body with large splinters.
