FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology, orthopaedics and spinal surgery, and can be used in treating patients with pathological vertebral fractures with underlying osteoporosis. Needles are inserted transpedicularly into a vertebral body. Osteoinductive suspension is prepared by taking blood from a patient’s vein, separating blood plasma fractions by centrifugation, collecting plasma fractions without capturing a buffy coat with the introduction of an activator. Allograft bone crumbs are mixed with the activated plasma enriched with growth factors; the obtained osteoinductive suspension is placed in a thermoregulation apparatus at temperature of 37 degrees. Further, the osteoinductive suspension is introduced transpedicularly through the needles into the osteoporotic vertebral bodies under intraoperative X-ray control.
EFFECT: method provides achieving consolidation of the fractured vertebral body, reducing pain syndrome, reducing a risk of pericementum fractures and fractures of adjacent vertebrae, neurological complications and a risk of cement migration due to cement-free vertebroplasty.
