FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and neurosurgery, and can be applied in treatment of patients with traumatic and pathologic (at the background of osteoporosis and metastatic affection) fractures of vertebra body. Essence of method lies in reposition of broken vertebra body by means of transpedicular device and vertebroplasty of vertebrae with bone cement. Temporary external transpedicular reposition construction and full-size transpedicular screws are used. Full-size screws are introduced into healthy adjacent with affected, vertebrae through small cuts of skin. Short transpedicular screws, which have submersible part, not exceeding length of pedicles of affected vertebra arch, are additionally introduced into arch of affected vertebra from two sides. Fracture is finally fixed by puncture introduction of bone cement or biocomposite material into straitened body of vertebra. After that external reposition transpedicular device is removed.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to ensure elimination of post-trauma deformation of spine with recovery of height of broken vertebra body, shape of vertebral canal and fixation of affected vertebra.
