FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to surgery, and is intended for treatment of patients with cicatricial contraction of trachea lumen. In field of neck in trachea introduced are two vascular microcatheters by Seldinger at 5-7 mm distance from each other. Their distal ends are brought out through mouth. In a retrograde way, each of ends of fixing ligature, circularly fixed on endoprosthesis, are aseptically passed through catheters. After that, by means of bronchoscope endoprosthesis is introduced into trachea, pulled by the ends of fixing ligature, and catheters are removed from trachea. Then, brought out end of fixing ligature are fixed on external "anchor".
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to carry out endoprosthetics of trachea with atraumatic ligature fixation of endoprosthesis, as well as ensure aseptic conditions of passing fixing ligature in tissues.
