FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making incision in stenosed trachea part wall. Silicon endoprosthesis tube is introduced into trachea lumen. Anterior cervical muscles are sutured to the formed defect edges letting their medial edges free. The trachea wall defect is covered with medial peripheral portions of muscles.
EFFECT: isolated cellular neck tissue spaces; prevented phlegmon development risk.
