FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making transcutaneous trachea puncture with needle with following ligature conducting and endoprosthesis suturing along its length. Then the needle is removed and the trachea is repeatedly transcutaneously punctured along its length at a distance of 10-15 mm from the first puncture hole. The ligature end is brought out through the same needle in the second puncture hole by capturing 2-3 cartilaginous trachea semi-rings into the ligature. Then, the endoprosthesis is brought to its fixation place by means of bronchoscope tube in concurrently pulling the ligature. The bronchoscope is removed and the endoprosthesis is fixed by subcutaneously tying the ligature. EFFECT: reduced risk of surgical intervention failure and traumatic complications. 4 dwg
