FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a preform heating method, the control device (7) for control of the laser radiation generation unit (1) of preform heating system (10) and preform heating system (10) itself. The preform heating method (1) is characterized by the radius (R), thickness (t) of material and a range of material absorption. It comprises the following stages: selection, depending on a desirable temperature profile, of desirable effective absorption coefficient of for the preform (1) on the basis of the preform radius (R) and material (t) thickness and a laser radiation beam (L) is generated. The laser radiation beam (L) contains radiation with wavelength spectrum compiled on the basis of absorption coefficients in the absorption spectrum so that it corresponded to effective absorption coefficient. The laser radiation bunch (L) is directed on the workpiece (1) for heating of the preform (1). The control device (7) for control of the laser radiation generation unit (9) of the preform heating system (10) contains the input interface for obtaining of geometrical parameters of the preform, the selection device and the laser parameter compilation module. The preform heating system (10) comprises the control device (7), the laser radiation generation unit (9) and the beam formation unit (76).
EFFECT: absorption of energy of the laser radiation beam within the whole material of the preform more evenly.
