SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry, material science, nanotechnologies, to technology of nanocrystals superlattices creation. The method to form a film of nanocrystals superlattice is based on deposition of monodisperse nanocrystals from colloidal solutions with concentration of 1013-1018 pcs/ml at conducting substrates fixed vertically or at the angle of 30-90° to the surface of the solution with application of potentials difference in the range of 1-50 V to the substrates. Superlattices of nanocrystals of such type may serve as prototypes of electronics and optoelectronics devices of new generation.

EFFECT: development of a film of spatially ordered nanocrystals at smooth conducting substrates of unlimited dimensions.
