SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quantum electronics, to technology to create superlattices from nanocrystals. Substance of invention: superlattice of nanocrystals made of monodisperse anisotropic nanocrystals has correlated crystallographic directions of separate nanocrystals and superlattice as a whole. Method to manufacture superlattice of nanocrystals includes production of anisotropic nanoparticles, separation of nanoparticles in size, formation of sol of anisotropic nanoparticles in mixture of nonpolar and polar dissolvents, formation of superlattices of anisotropic nanocrystals by evaporation of polar dissolvent.

EFFECT: creation of material that excels in such functional properties as quantum yield of luminescence, coercive force and other similar properties of their component nanoparticles or disordered arrays on the basis of such nanoparticles.
