At that, the sensor is made in the form of a circular waveguide cavity with a coaxial cylindrical metal partition at each end, and one end of the waveguide is additionally closed with a dielectric plate.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement and exclusion of sensitivity to adhesion.
