SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and system, which contains pharmaceutical composition, containing purified, stable, active alpha-1-inhibitor of proteinases (alpha-1-IP) in form of ready for application sterile solution, and inhalation nebuliser, and to method of its application for treatment of lung diseases.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to fill nebuliser with low-concentrated solution and obtain effective quantity of active alpha-1-IP inside lungs.
