FIELD: aerosol generation for therapeutic purposes.
SUBSTANCE: application of the method of spraying a composition containing polyclonal immunoglobulin (Ig), where concentration of Ig is 40–200 mg/ml and where viscosity of composition, measured by means of a viscometer with a falling ball at temperature of 20±0.1 °C, is 1–17 mPa·s. Method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a liquid aqueous composition comprising immunoglobulin (Ig); (b) providing a membrane nebuliser having a reservoir, which is filled with composition; and (c) spraying the composition using a nebuliser to produce an aerosol.
EFFECT: invention provides successful spraying of concentrated immunoglobulin compositions.
