FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: essence of invention consists in spatial division of temperature field of accelerometer into two areas in each of which the temperature is measured with a separate sensor, and compensation of temperature error of scaling factor is performed as per special algorithm. Spatial division of temperature field allows performing separate compensation of temperature errors of scaling factor, which are determined mainly by force sensor and damping liquid, which have various temperatures during acceleration measurement.

EFFECT: accelerometer accuracy improvement.
