FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to accurate instrument-making and can be used mainly in precision inertial motion control systems, for example, aircrafts, missiles, submarines and other objects. Summary of invention consists in spatial division of temperature field of accelerometer into two areas containing elastic suspension and analogue-digital converter, respectively, in measurement of temperature of each region and in compensation of zero signals of accelerometer according to special algorithm.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of accelerometer.
