FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: comparator shapes the signal to switch off the charge current or discharge current of capacitor not at the moment when voltage value on capacitor becomes equal to the voltage regulating the pulse amplitude, but with advance by the value equal to the delay time between actuation moment of comparator and switch-off moment of capacitor charge or discharge current. For that purpose, to comparator there additionally supplied is correcting voltage proportional to the voltage regulating the pulse rise rate.

EFFECT: improving amplitude control accuracy of output voltage and eliminating distortions of pulse shape in trapezoid-shaped pulse generators based on charge and discharge of capacitor with direct current, and switching off charge or discharge current of capacitor as per signal of comparator comparing the voltage on capacitor to the voltage regulating the pulse amplitude.
