FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for skin plasty with combined skin autotransplants in case of deep skin burns. 0.3 mm thick epidermal flap is cut from donor section with disc electric dermatome. Combined transplants are formed by installation of disc in such manner that half of its diameter is located above previous donor wound, and the other above healthy skin, adjacent to donor wound, thus obtaining combined transplant which consists of 2 parts: half of width is presented by dermal component, the other part is presented by epidermal component, ratio of width of epidermal and dermal parts constitute 1:1. Obtained combined transplants are taken and laid on wounds.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to solve the problem of deficit of donor resources.
