FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves slicing layer-by-layer dermo-epidermal transplants and then dermal transplants. The dermo-epidermal transplants are preserved. Wound is primarily covered with dermal transplants. Then, the primary transplants are substituted with dermo-epidermal ones after having observed positive dynamics in patient condition.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented graft necrosis; minimized plastic material losses.
