FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly cardiovascular surgery. A biological prosthesis a valved apparatus, and a three-zone support frame consisting of the proximal and distal zones having zigzag cells, and the central zone containing the valved apparatus. The central zone comprises vertical rods extending into retention arc for anchoring the valve leaflets and formation of the support frame of the leaflets, a connecting element for connecting the arcs and V- or W-elements with their open end facing the distal zone of the frame designed for the prosthesis self-orientation along the sinuses of Valsalva.
EFFECT: provided valve frame self-orientation during the procedure.
