FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in cardiac surgery in replacement of natural cardiac valves. Prosthesis comprises ring-shaped body 1, a locking element in form of three convex-concave flaps 2 and flap stroke limiters. Body is bounded by distal 4 and proximal 5 end flat surfaces. Locking element is installed in body 1 with possibility of rotation to form flow section and its closure. Flap stroke limiters are made in form of hook-like protrusions 3 and 7. On flaps 2 there are reciprocal protrusions 8 interacting with protrusions 7. On metal annular element which is part of collar 6 there are protrusions 9 to lock flaps 2 from movement along axis of rotation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reliability of retention of flaps during displacement, reduction of thrombosis and eliminating regurgitation.
