SUBSTANCE: diaper (1) includes at least in the front part (A) a first elasticised area (40) and a second elasticised area (45) wherein stretching/tightening tension is greater than in the first elasticised area (40). The outer sheet (30) of the outer covering element (3) includes an outer curved part (32) bent in the direction of the skin-facing side of the surface. In the back part (B), the end part of the outer bent part (32b), located on the side of the crotch part (C), is attached to the skin-facing surface of the absorbent unit (2). The outer bent part (32a) includes a connected part (50) in the front part (A), attached to the element located opposite the outer bent part, and an unconnected part (53) located closer to the side of the crotch part (C) than the connected part (50) and not attached to the element located opposite the outer bent part (32). The end part of the connected part (50) located on the side of the crotch part (C) is located in the first elasticised area (40).
