FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filters with moving filtration elements. Proposed auger filter comprises augers arranged horizontally, two endless filtration tapes partially enveloping said augers, and common filtrate collector pan. Said tapes cover some half to two thirds of auger cross section circumference. Note here that said augers are arranged in space along vertical plane so that with tapes changing from one auger to another, they have inclination relative to horizontal plane toward the next auger as seen along tape motion.

EFFECT: higher quality of precipitate dehydration.
