SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for manufacturing conjugated diene polymer, a conjugated diene polymer, a rubber mixture, and a tire. Method for preparing a conjugated diene polymer by polymerizing a conjugated diene monomer using a polymerization catalyst composition is described. Catalyst includes gadolinium, a compound having at least one skeleton of cyclopentadiene selected from substituted and unsubstituted cyclopentadiene, substituted and unsubstituted indene, and substituted and unsubstituted fluorene. Polymer of conjugated diene with a high cis-1,4-bond content, which is obtained by this method, is also described.
