FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises a spacer nail with a head of a spacer nail and a rod of a spacer nail, and also a dowel with a clamping washer and a dowel bushing adjacent to it. The spacer nail is made of plastic. At the lower end in direction of insertion of the clamping washer there are radially protruding links that are separated from each other with openings, and a joint is established with the dowel bushing. Links are made so that they break as the spacer nail is inserted. The invention also relates to the method to install an insulation panel on a base.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of fixation and reduces probability of spacer nail damage.
