FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to agriculture, namely, to technology of young plants planting, a willow into a swampy soil. The method to plant young plants includes preparation of young plants, preparation of soil for planting, provision of a deepening groove and directly planting of a young plant. Willow young plants are planted into swampy soil in winter time, when there is ice on the surface. A through hole is provided in ice for young plant passage through it, distance is measured from the ice surface to the bottom, removing foreign objects and remains of water plants from the bottom in the planting area. Then a young plant is selected according to the height and lowered until its root system into loose swampy soil of the bottom, so that the plant top protrudes above the ice surface. The young plant on the bottom of swampy soil is fixed.
EFFECT: the method helps to both use and improve swampy soil.
