FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of a molded confectionary product, preferably - of chocolate. The method involves the stages of delivery of a fat-containing confectionary mass and a moisture-bearing material, mixture of the fat-containing confectionary mass and the moisture-bearing material in a mixer to produce a homogenous mixed mass and the mixed mass placement into at least one form or onto a conveyor belt. The said stages are performed within 60 seconds or less. According to the invention, the device for production of a moulded confectionary product contains ducts for delivery of the fat-containing confectionary mass and the moisture-bearing material, a mixer for mixing the fat-containing confectionary mass and the moisture-bearing material to produce a homogenous mass, at least one mixing nozzle for the mixed mass placement and at least one mould or conveyor belt or glasing vessel for placement of the mixed mass therein/thereon.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to produce a confectionary product, preferably - of chocolate.
