SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for usage in processing of leguminous crops such as seeds of soya, broad beans, peas, lupine, vetch in production of food components as well as feed components and seed supplements for farm animals and birds. In the course of the method implementation one performs thermal treatment of seeds with stage heating with subsequent cooling of thermally inactivated seeds, primary seeds milling, moistening and secondary seeds milling.
EFFECT: invention ensures the possibility to produce leguminous crops seeds with low content of anti-nutritional substances combined with high content of accessible amino acids and protein.
