FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to radiodiagnostics, and can be used for diagnostics of systemic lupus erythematosus and antophospholipid syndrome in children. Ultrasound examination of general carotid arteries is carried out, state of surface, echogenicity, degree of differentiation into layers and thickness of complex intima-media of general carotid arteries is estimated. In case if roughness of internal surface, increase of media echogenicity, which exceeds echogenicity of vessel lumen, failure of differentiation into layers of intima-media complex, its thinning are detected, conclusion about presence in child of systemic lupus erythematosus and/or antophospholipid syndrome is made.
EFFECT: method is available, makes it possible to increase accuracy of diagnosing systemic lupus erythematosus and antophospholipid syndrome in children.
