FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: hemostasiogram study and ultrasound are performed. The peak systolic velocity is determined. If it's increase by 1 cm/s from the upper limit of the norm is found in the middle cerebral artery, increased severity of headache is expected (by 0.02 points on a visual analogue scale). When the resistance factor V of the coagulability factor is reduced by 0.01 from the lower limit of the norm, increased severity of headache is expected (by 1.4 points on a visual analogue scale). With an increase in induced platelet aggregation by 1% of the upper limit of the norm, headache increase is expected (by 0.07 points on a visual analogue scale).
EFFECT: method allows to objectively predict the severity of headache in women with antiphospholipidic syndrome due to the evaluation of the complex of the most significant indicators.
