FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be used in resuscitation, in particular, for treatment of acute lung injury, bedsores and for immobile patients' care. Kinetic bed includes base, patient-supporting surface and cover, connected with mechanism of 360° rotation. Base is made in form of wheeled cart and has two zones. In the first zone patient-supporting surface is located, and in the second zone vertical posts, on which frame is installed, extend from cart. Inside frame there is site for installation of rotation mechanism and cover. On external lateral sides frame has skid, located at the level of step-runner on lateral side of patient-supporting surface. Cover consists of two casings - internal and external, installed on frame with possibility of their movement along frame, along patient-supporting surface and with respect to each other. When casings are located above patient-supporting surface, they form triangular chamber. External casing consists of two parts - left and right, connected at the top with fixer. In the middle of butt-end sides of the first cart zone located are vertical posts, on which patient-supporting surface is installed with possibility of rotation around longitudinal axis. From the side of patient's head post has a curve, directed from patient-supporting surface. Patient-supporting surface on lateral sides has step-runner, which in middle part changes height from smaller from the side of the second zone of cart to larger from the side of patient's head.

EFFECT: invention ensures increase of efficiency of kinetic therapy and provision of access to patient at any stages; reduction of manual labour amount; ensures patient's safety due to application of life support systems at any stage of kinetic therapy.
