METHOD OF REHABILITATIVE TREATMENT OF IMMOBILISED PATIENT Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A61H1/00

Abstract RU 2435560 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, neurology and traumatology. Cells of nervous tissue are excited by pulse adequate, in physiological parameters, impact on afferent and efferent fibres. For this purpose, passive stretching and contraction of muscular tissue, flexion and extension of extremities and torso in joints are performed by multiply repeated cyclic movement. Succession of changes in positions of human body segments, angle and raise rate values, exposition in time between changes in positions of human body segments is set depending on patient's pathology and is varied in the course of implementation of rehabilitative measures depending on clinical manifestations of disease course. Impact is carried out 24-hours a day until functions of internal organs and systems and independent motor activity are nor recovered. As source of impact on human body segments used is medical functional resuscitating-rehabilitating bed with movable sections, mechanisms of their regulation and unit of bed control.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure rehabilitation of practically all categories of patients and disabled people with pathologies of musculo-skeletal system, segmental apparatus, brain injury, reduce rehabilitation terms.
