FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely rehabilitation of the patients suffering central nervous system and locomotor injures. The nerve tissue cells are excited by pulse physiologically adequate exposure on afferent and efferent fibres ensured by passive extension and compression of muscular tissue, joint flexion and extension of extremities and trunk The exposure is multiple by repeated cyclic movements of at least back, lower and upper extremities, as well as the whole body. The exposure starts with an adaptation mode to be changed by a basic mode with day-time and night-time variations with a training mode to be included in the day-time variation. Body segments, a sequence of their reposition, uprise angles and rates, exposition time are specified with regard to the observed pathology and clinical systems and continued until self-assisted motor activity and functions of the internal organs and systems are recovered.
EFFECT: method provides reduced rehabilitation length.
