FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical equipment and is intended for massage of skin connective tissue. Device contains two parallel rollers for impact on skin, installed in one case with possibility of their rotation around axis. (X-X). At least one of rollers is made hollow and contains canals for aspiration, located across axis (X-X) of roller. Each of aspiration canals contains external end ending on peripheral part of roller, and internal end, intended, at least, during roller rotation, when external end of canal is directed to skin processed by roller, for switching to vacuum source by means of control located inside roller and installed on case. Each of aspiration canals is located on peripheral part of roller in such a way that for each position of roller around its axis, at least, one of said aspiration canals is directed with its external end towards skin, processed by rollers, and with its internal end, in connection by flow, is switched by means of control to internal end of, at least, other aspiration canal, whose external canal ends in free cavity, located inside case.

EFFECT: providing possibility of impact according to the principle of patient's skin retraction without application of extremely high levels of vacuum.
