FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to medical implants and adjustment devices for them and, particularly to a coupling mechanism applied with various medical implants, and adjustment devices for attachment of the given medical implants to a body tissue. A surgically implanted device contains a medical implant performing a therapeutic function, and a visual indicator. The implant contains at least one fastening element to attach the implant to the body. At least, one fastening element has a unfolded position and an folded position and can move in between. The visual indicator is used for indications; at least, one fastening element is moved to its unfolded position. According to the second version, a surgically implanted device contains the adjustment device for moving of the mentioned fastening element from the mentioned unfolded position in the mentioned folded position. In the third version of the surgically implanted device, the adjustment device is designed to generate an audio signal for instructions that at least one fastening element mentioned is moved to its unfolded position.
EFFECT: invention provides fast and simple fastening of the medical implanted device to the body tissue.
