SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgery. Implanted device contains implant for carrying out therapeutic function, which has punchable by needle diaphragm and reservoir for flowing medium, access to which is performed through said diaphragm. Reservoir has bottom, located opposite diaphragm and at a distance from it, and lateral wall between bottom and diaphragm. Reservoir additionally contains plate, attached to bottom, located opposite diaphragm and at a distance from it and made with possibility to prevent reservoir bottom from punching by needle, introduced through diaphragm. Connecting mechanism contains fixing elements, made integral with said implant, for fixation of said implant to body. Fixing elements has extended position and non-extended position. Drive element is able to simultaneously move said fixing elements from said non-extended position into said extended position and back. Stomach bandage has pneumohydraulic connection with medical implant. Method of implantation of medical implant is described.
