SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. A device contains a handle, an abrasive tip, a feedback control mechanism, a source electrode, a return electrode and an electric motor. The source electrode is arranged in the abrasive tip. In the other version, the device comprises an adjusting ring, and in this version, the source electrode is arranged in the adjusting ring. The method involves the stages which involve abrasive treatment of a human tissue site by applying the device for controlled abrasive treatment to the tissue site, activation of the electric motor, and measurement of an electric parameter of the tissue site characterising impedance variation in the tissue site. Abrasive treatment is carried out to ensure the required values of the impedance parameters. A kit comprises the device for controlled abrasive treatment of the human tissue site, one or more tips and wetting liquid.

EFFECT: application of the given inventions will allow improving skin permeability.
