FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and medical equipment, namely to transdermal systems of analyte monitoring and methods of analyte detection. Transdermal system of analyte monitoring includes sensor device and display. Sensor device contains hydrogel and main part of sensor, which contains multitude of electrodes. Main part of sensor is liquid connection with hydrogel. Hydrogel contains hygroscopic substance and enzyme. Hygroscopic substance constitutes effective quantity in order to increase operation terms of transdermal system of analyte monitoring. To detect analyte section of user's skin is processed to increase permeability and trandermal system of analyte monitoring, made as stated above, is applied.
EFFECT: application of the group of inventions will make it possible to reduce biocontaminations and obstructions in transdermal system of analyte monitoring and increase accuracy of detection and quantitative analyte determination.
